This page explains how users of Roomify can instantly delete their account and associated data directly from within the app.

How to delete your account instantly
Roomify allows users to permanently delete their account directly inside the app.
- Open the Roomify app.
- Go to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Tap Delete Account again to confirm.
Instant deletion: Once the user confirms with valid account credentials, the Roomify account is deleted immediately from within the app.
What data is deleted
- Account login information, including registered email address
- User profile information
- Saved preferences and app settings
- Other account-related user data stored for app usage
Data retention
In most cases, account deletion is processed immediately. However, limited records may be retained for a short period where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security monitoring, or dispute resolution.
Retained information, if any, is generally removed within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
